We wanted to share a little bit about us...

 

Our names are Malia and Blake. We currently reside in Southern California and try to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. We like to workout at home (most of the time), or outside in the sun, or at the near by YMCA. We love cooking and enjoy preparing our keto meals together. That's how we decided to start this site and share our recipes and knowledge with others! We also frequently enjoy hiking and going to the beach.
