EASY KETO SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Ingredients:


1. 1/2 cup (one stick) of butter

2. 1 large egg

3. 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

4. 2 cups of blanched almond flour

5. 1/2 cup of swerve (granular)

6. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees

2. Add 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1 large egg, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract into a medium sized bowl and combine

3. Add 2 cups of blanched almond flour to the bowl with your wet ingredients along with 1/2 cup of swerve and 1/2 tsp of baking soda; combine until batter forms

4. Lind a large baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter

5. Begin forming batter into small balls and press somewhat flat between your hands and place on the baking sheet

6. Bake for 12 minutes

7. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
